Message	but said he noticed problems over time (didn't hold up). He now uses a Nissan synthetic fluild for 5 spds. This guy really knows his stuff and works on a good number of Z's - so I'm not doubting his advice. I used the MT-90 for 3 years and now have a few months on the Nissan synthetic - haven't notice any difference in terms of shifting smoothness. Works just fine...
